Even if your school is in a contract with another photography studio, that does specialize in "typical" school portoraits, we do offer mini sessions monthly that are available to everyone. In return you will receive a fun and relaxed portrait session for each child. Long gone are the days of one snap of the shutter and on to the next child. Oh what a wonderful experience, witnessing and capturing a Deployment Homecoming.  The anticipation was extreme waiting (a short wait) to see all of these military personnel returning from deployment.  The children and the excitement in their faces waiting for Mommy or Daddy was breathtaking.  I did share tears of excitement, eventhough I didn't know anyone there.  Thank you again Reynolds Family...I hope your adjusting to Daddy being home and thank you so much for having me capture your special day!!

  

OpLove ReUnited {Military Deployment and Homecoming Photographer}

Operation Love ReUnited is an organization that provides FREE sessions to soon to be deployed, deploying and returning.  Sweetpea Memories Photography is a member and currently providing services to Whidbey Naval Station, Oak Harbor, WA.  Sweetpea Memories Photography also provides free sessions to military families within 3 weeks of a birth, to families of the deployed.  Sessions are free and the images are available to purchase in prints or digital images.  All digital images are provided on a CD with copyright release for sharing and printing as you like.

Zamora Newborn Session {Skagit County Newborn Photographer}

I had the pleasure to photograph Baby M. Zamora. He is just the cutest little thing. He was a little fussy and did NOT want to sleep. He was just 8 days old at his session and he didn't want to miss a thing. Big brother has been to the studio before so he was excited to come back. He's a little busy beaver himself and had a great time roaming through the garden looking for insects with dad and baby brother and mom were in the studio with myself, trying to capture those precious portraits. Thank you so much Andi, I'm looking forward to his 3 month session.

Happy Father's Day

Just a little Happy Father's Day to all the wonderful Dad's out their including the best dad ever (my husband). For a little surprise, I did a session with our two girls and presented him with two frames, one with a picture of the two of them.

And the other as a collage.....it was great to capture our littlest ones personality, as it will be forever changing. I just love my girls so much! It's a great experience being able to be raising a teenager and a baby! They are the best!

Oudman Family

This was a fun session. They live on the old dairy farm that has been in the family for a long time. It provided lots of places for unique backgrounds, and lots of room for the kids to run around! Thank you so much, for such a great time!

Morrison Family

We had a great session with the Morrison family. I especially loved having to act like I was crying to get them to smile big.....what ever you have to do right?
